Edward J. Chesnutis, DPM

Dr. Edward Chesnutis was raised in the Northeastern United States, spending the majority of his childhood in Connecticut. He attended Oregon State University where he studied biology. Following the completion of his bachelor’s degree in 1974, he earned a Master’s degree in 1978. Dr. Chesnutis relocated to California where he earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine, graduating in 1983. He then completed his surgical residency at the California College of Podiatric Medicine’s foot and ankle surgery training program.

Upon completing his residency training, Dr. Chesnutis relocated to the greater Seattle area. He has been serving the citizens of Seattle and Everett for over thirty years providing all aspects of care ranging from diabetic wound care to pediatric gait abnormalities. He is board certified in foot surgery by both the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. Dr. Chesnutis is currently an active staff physician at both EvergreenHealth in Kirkland, Washington, and Swedish-Edmonds in Edmonds, Washington. He remains active outdoors and is an avid sports fan closely following each of the areas professional and collegiate teams.
